The class action filed by Illinois residents will be an interesting one to watch. Go figure all of the shit goes back to Chicago, and it's Illinois who creates a property interest in one's own biometric information. FB violated that law millions upon millions of times and the class action has the potential to sink FB if enough people join the class.
