>as late as last night

After using the bathroom last night, I checked on my dog to see if he wanted to go out as I always do, but he was sleeping on his pillow on his stomach peacefully. Within a few minutes, we hear a double thud, of his body hitting the wall and his head hitting the dresser, and heard the dog crying for his life under his breath, on his back, trying to run but very very weakly. I flipped him over, and did the Heimlich maneuver. But he wasn't choking and was extremely lame as if lifeless. It took about a minute for him to come around. What could have caused him to flip and become so weakened? EMP. Think, and then think about it more.
