MyChart record falsely states that Anon received Covid19 vax.

Anon did NOT receive the vax and has always answered either "decline to state" or "no" when asked by medical staff.

QUERY: Is muckery afoot to list unvaxxed as vaxxed in medical records so when and if multitudes continue to die off prematurely, <theycan falsely assert that the premature deaths are UNaffected by vaccination status (because they are FALSELY inserting "vaccinated" in records (or at least this one) of those who are NOT vaccinated for Covid19?

Or, it could be sloppy record keeping by medical staff - inserting a guess rather than a verified response?

Or, a staff member could have been incentivized to falsify the record. At one point, the rumors were that there were incentives offered to medical institutions who "accomplished" vaccination of their clients, so maybe someone fudged the medical it to meet alternative objectives?

Whether careless or purposeful, the false record that Anon is vaccinated with the clot shot is medical malpractice, fraud, and likely other violations of law and medical ethics, in Anon's opinion.
