Obama Judge Blocks Trump’s Mass Cancelation of Biden-Era Parole Program That Ushered in Hundreds of Thousands of Migrants

A federal judge on Monday blocked President Trump’s mass cancelation of the Biden-era parole program that ushered in hundreds of thousands of migrants.

US District Judge Indira Talwani, an Obama appointee in Boston, said Trump’s decision to cancel the parole program was premised on legal error.

Last week Judge Talwani blocked the Trump Administration from revoking the legal status of hundreds of thousands of migrants flown in on Joe Biden’s parole program.

Judge Talwani said the DHS did not interpret the law properly and asserted the migrants have a right to be in the US.

The DOJ argued that the parole programs were discretionary and it is up to the government to decide when it can cut the program.

Last month it was reported that President Trump was set to strip the status of 532,000 migrants living in the United States who were flown in on Joe Biden’s parole program.

Recall that Joe Biden brought in more than a half a million migrants Haiti, Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela on his CHNV program.

CBP data found that over 1 million illegal aliens have been allowed into the US through what the Biden Regime defined as “legal” means.” The Biden-Kamala admin used the CBP One App and the CHNV program to allow illegals entry into the US.

These numbers are not included in the millions of illegals that have entered the US under Joe Biden’s watch.

It was previously reported that 81% of the Haitian migrants from Biden’s parole program – 362,000 out of 448,000 – were flown into red states.

Earlier this year it was reported that one of the Haitians who entered the US on Biden’s parole program was charged with triple murder, including two children.

President Trump revoked the migrants’ legal status and told them if they don’t self deport they will be arrested.

Newly Unredacted Documents Show Joe Biden Was Negotiating Oil, Gas Deal to Benefit Hunter and Burisma Through Private Email Account

While Joe Biden publicly led the charge to punish Russia for its first invasion of Ukraine, he used his role as vice president to quietly open a backdoor for Moscow’s gas to flow to its neighbor in fall 2014, at a time when his son Hunter’s Ukrainian energy company sought such help, according to government messages in a private email account kept from Americans for more than a decade.

The emails, sent to Joe Biden’s private account that used the fake name RobinWare456@gmail.com, were recently turned over by the National Archives, mostly redacted, to Just the News under an open records lawsuit and in unredacted form to the House Oversight and Accountability Committee that continues to investigate corruption concerns surrounding the former first family.

They confirm that Joe Biden played a secret role at a “critical moment” to help secure Russia’s willingness to re-open natural gas spigots to Ukraine, a deal that publicly Germany and its then-chancellor, Angela Merkel, received credit for brokering.

“Ukraine gas deal was just signed. The Germans earlier indicated to Tony that your call had come at a critical moment,” the vice president’s Deputy National Security Advisor Jeffrey Prescott wrote in an Oct. 30, 2014 email to Joe Biden’s private account that appears to reference then-Deputy Secretary of State Tony Blinken, a longtime Biden confident who would later serve as Biden’s chief diplomat during the 46th presidency.

Trump has fully turned on Zelenskyy: "He's always looking to purchase missiles. Listen, when you start a war, you gotta know you can win a war. You don't start a war against somebody that's 20 times your size and then hope that people give you some missiles."

While publicly rebuking Russia, Joe Biden opened 2014 back door for Moscow gas to flow to Ukraine

"Critical moment:" Timing of fall 2014 overture came as son's Burisma firm fretted it could be blamed for price spike without Russian help. Documents show as vice president, Joe Biden helped protect his son's interests.

While Joe Biden publicly led the charge to punish Russia for its first invasion of Ukraine, he used his role as vice president to quietly open a backdoor for Moscow's gas to flow to its neighbor in fall 2014, at a time when his son Hunter's Ukrainian energy company sought such help, according to government messages in a private email account kept from Americans for more than a decade.

Joe Biden's intervention getting the deal done

“Ukraine gas deal was just signed. The Germans earlier indicated to Tony that your call had come at a critical moment,” the vice president’s Deputy National Security Advisor Jeffrey Prescott wrote in an Oct. 30, 2014 email to Joe Biden’s private account that appears to reference then-Deputy Secretary of State Tony Blinken, a longtime Biden confident who would later serve as Biden's chief diplomat during the 46th presidency.

“Amos (with an assist here internally from your team) was critical to the endgame,” Prescott added, likely referring to Amos Hochstein, one of Biden’s trusted advisers at the State Department on energy who later interacted with Hunter Biden on several occasions related to Burisma and Ukraine, Just the News previously reported.

Just six days before this communication, German Chancellor Merkel had called Putin directly, urging him to reach a settlement with Kyiv to resume gas flows before winter, German news site DW reported.

The email sent to Joe Biden's private, fake-name address was handed over to Congress and obtained by Just the News, which was previously given a redacted version by the National Archives.

Russia ‘not chasing anyone’ for sanctions relief – Lavrov

The US restrictions have undermined bilateral trade, the foreign minister has said

Trade between Russia and the US has seen a major downturn as a result of Washington’s “illegal sanctions,” Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said. However, Moscow is “not chasing after anyone” to lift the restrictions, according to the top diplomat.

Washington and its allies placed punitive restrictions on Moscow after Crimea’s reunification with Russia in 2014, and later over Moscow’s alleged meddling in American elections. The sanctions were drastically expanded by the former US President Joe Biden’s administration following the escalation of the Ukraine conflict in 2022.

Speaking to Kommersant on Monday, Lavrov said the globalization of the world economy had been destroyed after sanctions became “the only tool of [Biden’s] foreign policy.”

He noted that the administration of President Donald Trump had begun discussing trade and economic cooperation with Moscow already during initial contacts, but made no secret of pursuing material gain in its foreign policy decisions.

According to Lavrov, economic cooperation between the countries has dropped “by about 95% compared to the peak of around $30 billion ten years ago, mostly due to illegal sanctions.”

Future cooperation would depend entirely on Washington, Lavrov said, stressing “We are not chasing anyone or asking for sanctions to be lifted.”

Russia has repeatedly condemned the Western sanctions as illegal and ineffective, saying they have failed to destabilize its economy or isolate it from the global financial system. Sanctions have instead backfired on the countries that imposed them, while Russia has focused on shifting trade to Asia and the Global South, primarily China and India.

In March, Trump said Washington might consider lifting certain sanctions on Russia in order to advance the Black Sea Grain Initiative – key maritime agreement that ensures the safety of navigation in the Black Sea – as a step towards settling the Ukraine conflict.

On Saturday, Trump prolonged the restrictions for another year, based on the supposition that Moscow still poses a serious threat to American national security.

Lavrov said Russia had to avoid relying on foreign partners in critical sectors even if sanctions are lifted, echoing President Vladimir Putin’s calls to preserve economic sovereignty.
