Using who's definition? The public school system does that already. Nobody graduating has practical knowledge or experience, they are dependent on corporations and the government to survive. They're perfect citizens to some.

I haven't dove into epilepsy much, but as one doctor once told me "we aren't taught anything about parasites". If you haven't looked into treatment regimes to get rid of any systemic infections I would personally start there.

Not much real food anymore. There might be one brand of clean food for a particular product at my local grocery store if I'm lucky. Only blue areas have access to clean food, I'm sure that's not a coincidence.
