If it's true that the Acts of 1871 and 1876 replaced the constitutional republic with a corporate usa entity, the repeal of those acts would restore the republic and allow Trump, Obama, Bush or Clinton to run again, because they haven't served the republic, only the corporation. There is a recent zerohedge article on this subject, but the article is somewhat jumbled and confused. It's possibly a fertile research subject and that's what Bannons team may be doing.
