Are they going to investigate and prosecute fraud among the illegals collecting benefits? Haven't many of them been enticed/coached to apply by NGO's and others and were ignorant of the criminal implications? Would the government have to prove the "knowingly" broke the law in order to secure a conviction? Wouldn't that be a massive and complex endeavor best left alone and just concentrate on reparation and deportation? Real can of worms if they pursue criminal charges.
