Mueller and RR are both implicated in U1 and covering each other's back. So If one is guilty the other is too. If one was not guilty the other was not too.
Does that mean they are WH or BH? They probably flipped back and forth to whatever suited their agenda or needs over the years.
So for me the question is…are they flipped white or black. If one is the other is also. So far they both are leaning towards the darkside right now. But it may be a temporary tactic throwing everyone off, even the anon's for now.
