But while Hollywood can make cute movies about it, their money went a portion to Philip (prompted to do the killing by Pope Clement V who didn’t want their threats to his power and influence) and the Vatican got the major portion

Switzerland has been ‘neutral’ with no one bothering it precisely because it is owned by bankers who fund both sides of wars to get richer. When hitler is your tool you don’t want him fucking up your vault. Or calling attention to it. So out of all European countries he never invads that one.
