This video is about another incident but also highlights an incident when State troopers were angry for a man holding a cardboard sign warning others of a speed trap. So what do the troopers do? They forcefully take his sign from him (armed robbery). Later as he drives away past them, he flips them off. They get up to 104mph chasing him down, while conspiring on the radio on what they could get away with charging him with. Blatant violation of 18 USC 241 & 242
