New ‘civil rights hero’ just dropped: Career criminal shot and killed while attacking cops…

April 16, 2025 (2 hours ago)1/2

Here we go again. Another violent career criminal with a rap sheet a mile long gets himself killed while attacking police — and the left immediately tries to turn him into a civil rights saint. This time, the name is Deshawn Dante Leeth. You probably haven’t heard of him yet, but you will. Because just like George Floyd and “Gentle Giant” Michael Brown, Leeth is being posthumously scrubbed clean and rebranded as a “community leader” and “loving father” by activists and the propaganda media.

Here’s what really happened and the dark truth about this so-called community leader who had a rap sheet a mile long.

Police Incidents:

“From Nonprofit Leader to Fatal Pursuit:The Final Hours of Deshawn Leeth

On April 4, 2025, an Ohio trooper approached a man, now identified as 30-year-old Deshawn Leeth, who had crashed his vehicle on the side of the turnpike near the state line. After about 20 seconds, the man starts to run away. When he comes back toward the cruiser, the trooper uses a Taser, but it did not work and a fight begins. The video shows punches being exchanged, and at one point, Leeth gets the trooper on the ground. He was able to overpower the trooper, climbing on top of him and knocking his body camera loose. Bystanders attempted to de-escalate the situation.

“Leeth then runs away and takes off in the trooper’s cruiser, triggering a multi-agency response. The pursuit came to a halt in North Sewickley, Pennsylvania, when Leeth crashed the stolen cruiser. Video from the scene shows Pennsylvania State Troopers attempting to restrain him as he resisted arrest. Ppolice said an altercation took place, and investigators fatally shot Leeth . Police have not said whether Leeth had a weapon.

Prison records show he pleaded guilty to nine home invasion charges across two cases that date back to 2012. When he got in 2023,he became the executive director of a non-profitfocused on helping at-risk kids and preventing teen violence.

Even after all of that chaos and criminal behavior, the left has still fired up the GoFundMe machine and started revising history.

This is how they’re now painting Mr. Leeth. Pay close attention to that image they’re using in the X post:

https://twitter.com/justjalesha/status/1910509877237068005

The wholesome image used in the GoFundMe post looks nothing like the violent man caught on bodycam footage.

And as we all know, bodycam footage doesn’t lie — and once again, the truth is ugly. So without further ado, meet the violent, unhinged man the left is trying to package as their next civil rights hero.

By the way, compared to this guy, career criminal George Floyd looks like a creampuff.

that video is brutal, the kid looks nuts and gruesome.

Unlimited L’s:

NEW: Trooper sh*ts and klls Michigan ‘community leader’ who attacked an officer, crashed a stolen cruiser, and prayed for over 11 minutes during a multi-state chase

• Video shows Ohio trooper approaching Deshawn Leeth, who had crashed his vehicle near the state line

• Leeth then attacks the trooper and steals his cruiser

• He led police on a chase for 11 minutes while talking to himself

• The chase ends when he crashed in North Sewickley, Beaver County

• Pennsylvania State Police used “legal intervention” to stop the pursuit

• The Beaver County district attorney is investigating, and involved troopers are on administrative duty

It’s sad to say, but right now, the black community doesn’t have many strong role models being promoted in the culture. Maybe that’s why we keep seeing troubled men with long rap sheets being uplifted as civil rights heroes.Deep down, we all know these guys aren’t pillars of the community — but the left and the media package them that way for a reason. It’s part of the narrative they need to keep going.

These hooligans serve a dual purpose: they keep racial division alive and also convince black Americans that they’re permanent victims of percieved police brutality and a systemically racist country.

It’s all by design.

But here’s the truth —they’re not victims of systemic/massive racism. They’re victims of horrible choices, soft-on-crime policies, and a political machine that exploits them for votes and headlines. And when more black Americans actually wake up to that fact, the entire Dem scam will fall apart.

yeah I thought that too, if he was hanging there, not sure he'd be able to fight. But maybe they cannot release the shooting because it must be seen the detectives and investigators first, and giving it to the public would create a lot of stories and the BLM would go marching and tearing things up.

What was he talking to himself about for 11 mintues.

Opposing DOJ Secrecy Over Secret Surveillance of Congress Members and Staff

The DOJ’s silence on spying claims leaves a paper trail darker than the redactions. Didi Rankovic

Boasberg is involved in every cover up of corruption, with FBI, CIA, FISA court, SSCI, and all other illegally run departments, ALWAYS

In May 2024, Empower Oversight sued the Department of Justice (DOJ) over a multi-year secretive surveillance program of Congress members and congressional staff, asking a court to unseal nondisclosure orders (NDOs, aka, gag orders) issued to third parties.

You can read the complaint here.ATTACHED

US District Court for the District of Columbia Chief Judge James E. Boasberg ruled to unseal part two of these documents, but the organization believes that “the unsealed portion did not answer the key questions about whether DOJwas honest with the court in the applications and whether it flagged the serious constitutional separation of powers issues.”

This is why Empower Oversightdecided to appeal Judge Boasberg’s decision and continue to seek the unsealing of DOJ’s applications for NDOs(that should show what arguments this government department used to justify its actions in this case).

In December 2024, the DOJ Office of the Inspector General (OIG) found that the sealed NDO applications “relied on general assertions about the need for nondisclosure rather than on case-specific justifications” – which Empower Oversight hopes will help make its appeal successful.

But the OIG review also uncovered that the DOJ did not tell the court the subpoenas targeted Congress members and staff, which the non-profit says represents “key context that could have prompted a more meaningful review by the court.”

The appeal to the Circuit Court now “contends that Judge Boasberg wrongly denied an initial request to unsealthe NDO applications,” the group announced, adding that it “argues that these documents are judicial records, subject to the public’s common-law and First Amendment rights of access, not grand jury materials shielded by Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 6(e).”

Empower Oversight is dedicated to enhancing independent oversight of government and corporate wrongdoing, and the non-profit’s founder Jason Foster was among those subjected to the DOJ’s collection of personal phone and email activity logs.

This was happening over a period of five years, while Foster was targeted during the time he served as head of the Senate Judiciary Committee’s Oversight and Investigations unit, under chairman Charles Grassley.

The DOJ was able to issue the subpoenas to Google, allowing it access to the data while also securing secret gag orders that prevented the company from informing Congress members and staff that they were targeted in this way.

It is the DOJ’s continued secrecy regarding the reasons why this type of surveillance was carried out, that prompted Empower Oversight’s legal challenge. The organization believes there is “no logical explanation,” all the more so since the communications included those of congressional attorneys who carried out oversight – of the DOJ itself.

In Foster’s case, considering that he, according to Empower Oversight, “regularly communicated with whistleblowers” – it meant that not only communications but also confidentiality may have been compromised.

They did the same to Kash and every other AIDE to Nunes on the Russia Hoax too.

Report: DOJ Asked Court To Hide Surveillance of Congressional Investigators

Surveillance of a Google account.

The former congressional investigator Jason Foster has exposed a five year secret surveillance operation conducted by the Department of Justice (DOJ) on members of congress and their staff. According to Foster, who now heads the Empower Oversight whistleblower center, theDOJ managed to obtain a federal court’s approval for this covert spying, largely centered on personalcommunication data of the targets. (That was Rosenstein for not telling the truth, seems he did it with Senate, in addition to Congress. Rosenstein got called out by the Committee Nunes and Kash were on, and he threatened them he would do this, after they said they would hold him in contempt. He did it. Kash didn’t find out until 2 years ago, when Google had to notify him.)

Just The News reports that in his role as thechief investigative counselfor Senator Chuck Grassley on the Senate Judiciary Committee,Foster worked vigilantlyto discern wrongdoings within the government. However, his communications were closely monitored as part of a federal leaks investigation, the evidence which has been recently unveiled to him by Google’s lawyers.

Foster divulged that the data pertaining tohis personal conversations was procured by the government in 2017, a fact that should have been disclosed to him by 2018 under the initial court order.

However, due to the DOJ’s petitions to the court to keep this surveillance confidential,Fosterhad beenoblivious to the surveillance until recent months, nearly six years after his personal data was subpoenaed.

This delay in notification was facilitated by “ex parte” legal actions, where court sessions are conducted on the behest of a single party, withholding information from the other.

Casting light on the extent of the surveillance, Foster revealed thatboth the Trump and Biden administrations continued to request court orders, year after year following 2018. (that’s unfair, Rosenstein was doing this on his own, Trump didn’t know about it, and Sessions probably didn’t either). Quite disturbingly, this was done to continue to keep the existence of the subpoena a secret, even long after the investigations were over. Particularly alarming, according to Foster, is the fact that this secrecy was maintainedeven after closure of a case potentially linked to the leak probe, the discredited Russia collusion investigation.

Attempting to piece together the puzzle, Foster conjectured that his and other legislative aides’ information were possibly requisitioned as part of the leak investigation into wrongdoings of the disbanded Russia collusion probe. This begs the question, as Foster put forth, as towhy the records and data of law makers and their aides are being kept secret, even once the corresponding cases have been closed. To this end, Foster is now demanding that the concerned authorities probe this matter further.

In a bid to conduct a thoroughexamination of the conspiracy, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan has petitioned both parties to initiate investigations. Additionally,Jordan has also requestedthat the country’s tech giants surrender any evidence pointing towards DOJ’s surveillance tactics on congress members or their teams.

This revelation ofprivacy invasion has also cast a heavy shadow on the future of whistleblowingwithin government agencies such as DOJ and FBI. Foster expressed worry that whistleblowers, whom he interacted with frequently during his tenure, would now be hesitant to provide crucial information for fear of their identities being revealed through the DOJ’s extensive spying strategies. This concern extends beyond the violation of mere constitutional rights and attorney-client privileges to the confidential,

employee feedback systems.

(It seems when the DOJ and IC agencies violated the rights and privacy of President Trump under the Russia Hoax, they justified doing it to the House and Senate members. They need to identify the leaders in DOJ that ordered it, I know Rosenstein ordered it in Trump’s term, and probably Lisa Monaco or Merrick Garland in Bidan’s term. And all their staff involved, many of those staff are still at the DOJ, the place is filled with snakes and traitors.)

Wife of deported MS-13 gangbanger just caught in major lie…

April 16, 2025 (4 hours ago)1/2

Here we go again — the left is out to canonize another criminal. This time, it’s not some misunderstood shoplifter or fentanyl-riddled thug — this time it’s an accused MS-13 gang (illegal) member, Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

And yes, they’re already trying to make him into a hero, complete with GoFundMe campaigns, teary courthouse videos, and a growing chorus of soft-on-crime Dem politicians demanding he be returned to the US.

Because nothing screams civil rights icon quite like an illegal immigrant tied to one of the most violent gangs on earth, right?

Kilmar Abrego Garcia is an El Salvadorian national and an alleged member of the violent MS-13 gang. He was deported back home by President Trump’s administration, which says his removal was totally justified due to his gang ties.

But now, the left and their media allies are spinning a totally different story— claiming his deportation was a mistake and painting him as a wrongly targeted victim who deserves to come back to the United States.

Say what?

And of course, the gangbanger’s wife is getting in on the action, too. But it looks like she’s painted herself into a corner with what appears to be a massive lie. We’ll get to that in just a minute…

Meanwhile, Senator Cory Booker, along with Democrat Representatives Robert Garcia and Maxwell Frost, is reportedly planning a trip to El Salvador to demand the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the United States.

Collin Rugg:

NEW: Senator Cory Booker is considering leading a trip to El Salvador to demand that an accused MS-13 member be released back to the U.S., according to Axios.Traveling to a different country for an illegal immigrant is a horrible look.

Booker, along with House Democrats Robert Garcia and Maxwell Frost, are looking to lead a trip to El Salvador for illegal immigrant and accused MS-13 member Abrego Garcia.According to Axios, dozens of House Democrats want to make the trip.

Garcia is an El Salvadorian native and is accused of being a member of MS-13.He was going to be deported in 2019 but an immigration judge stopped the deportation because he “likely faced persecution there by local gangs.”

According to Axios, dozens of House Democrats are backing the effort, treating Garcia like some kind of innocent family man who was wrongfully deported.

They’re calling him a father and a victim, conveniently glossing over the part where he’s accused of being tied to MS-13 — one of the most violent gangs on the planet.

Former ICE Director Tom Homan had this to say about Democrats’ plans to interfere:

Townhall:

Tom Homan to Democrats looking to travel to El Salvador and “demand” Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s release:

“Good luck with that…

…Every time I read a story about this, it’s ‘Maryland father’…They don’t mention he’s a member of MS-13, a designated terrorist group, one of the most violent gangs in the world…

…They don’t mention he’s an El Salvadorian citizen being held by the country of El Salvador. El Salvador makes that decision.”

==Why are left-wing politicians pretending a foreign gangbanger is entitled to American Constitutional rights?

That’s the million-dollar question…==

But there’s more. As we mentioned earlier, there’s Garcia’s wife,Jennifer Vasquez… Recently, she stood outside a Maryland courthouse and declared this: I will not stop fighting until I see my husband alive.

Gee, how noble, but here’s the problem: she either lied then or she’s lying now.

Court records show Vasquez previously filed for a domestic violence protective order against Garcia. Now she’s running a GoFundMe campaign, calling him a loving husband and raising over $162,000 from unsuspecting donors.==

Here’s a close-up of the images that Andy Ngo shared:

So which is it? Is he a loving husband or a wife abuser, lady?Lies, lies, lies — and you have to ask, why isn’t the mainstream media talking about the domestic abuse angle? Why are they dutifully pushing the left’s narrative without question?

The answer is simple: this isn’t just about one violent gangbanger. This is the left’s playbook in action.

They take a criminal, scrub his background, add a sob story, get the media on board, open the floodgates of sympathy, and rake in the cash.

And if you’re a Democrat politician? You’ll even hop on a plane and fly across the world to defend a gangbanger — just to keep the ruse going. All while ignoring the American families being ripped apart by gangs like MS-13 every single day.
