Can't help but notice the communist Judicial branch is back, Leticia, Boasberg, Tanya S Chutkan, and leaks in the Pentagoon still.

It seems like nobody has sworn an oath to uphold the constitution's Article 3 section 1 for the Judges. And the Penalty for leaking needs to be life in fort leavenworth.

Why are these judges still holding offices, and how come the penalty for pentagoon leaking doesn't seem to matter much, like it's part of the communist plan, indeed.
