W'appen with the shills? I know it gets tough but don't let it get to you. Par for the course in war and bakers get the most. If of any use, take or leave; addressing genuine feedback / complaints helps keep everyone happy, adjusting to suit the majority of anons and ignoring the haters works imho. Your skin gets thic real rapid baking around here, so too does personal dev. though, so although fugging tough, we learn at lightening speed all manner of new skills. I hear you bakeranon. Fellow baker here also and, having kicked off the notables organically, wouldn't mind if they disappeared now. Meant as a means to catch up anons who have missed some breads, and unite the hive with the word on the street they're now causing so much drama and stress I doubt it's worth it. Anons can then go to the breads and catch up themselves. We'd may be get more bakers / oldfag bakers back again too.

Qposts are where I head first, like you. I follow the threads afterwards as they usually contain the bulk of the digs from the new posts. Notables I do look at to catch up, and w/o them we'd lose a lot of hive sync imo, but hey, when things get too much of a burden that they begin to outweigh the positives, some sort of a change is needed.

Guess that's going to happen and surprised it hasn't until now tbh. We've such a long history with nfbakers as it's caused a lot of division along the way. Trouble is that now we appear to have no choice but to namefag / pic fag if we want to bake. Anons wanted safe bakers, we decided not to tripcode / namefag but it's ended up that we have to anyway which has defeated the purpose of not tripping. I offered to backup a couple of breads ago w/o namefagging b/c I don't like to, and TZ baker didn't respond, nor did BV to check me for later if baker needed a handoff. Anyway, I can understand that some anons are pissed with the namefagging we're having to do it seems.

If it's genuine shills on the other hand, nf'ing also makes us bakers more of a target, as it sounds like you were last night / this morning. When we're all anon, we don't have to worry about being personally targeted by shill groups. Sorry that happened to you baker, I understand your strategy and agree that it's a good plan.

As a solution to this, when BO is back I'm going to suggest that bakers get a tripcode only, no name, so we don't have to pic fag, don't have to name fag in order to get a handoff, and don't have to worry about changing IP's (as I always do through travel and using various connections), and baker history. Anyway I digress somewhat…

Disagree anon, they're genuine bakers and not comped at all. I've seen them all become the great bakers they are and they all work incredibly hard. We're in the position of handing off to bakers we know b/c the board was complaining big style about the shill bakers and bakes. We're all doing our best, and giving us a hard time isn't helping. Constructive crit and solutions ideas would help much more and don't cause as much stress to fellow patriots.
