The "#ButterflyLove" hashtag was bothering me so I looked into it. The pedophile term is actually "Butterfly Kisses," and it's supposed to be a female equivalent of NAMBLA with a mother-daughter emphasis.
I still believe Oprah is referencing something similar with the picture and hashtag, although the terms aren't a direct match.
