Conjecture per Q posts…RM and RR are white hat operatives and part of the PLAN, which may include seemingly falling on a sword (e.g. impeachment of RR). All the redactions, delays, slow walking, et al. are a matter of Huber needing that information kept secret until he is finished with his indictment work. Not sure exactly why but have a few theories. It may be the same reason the perps all need to be taken at once… making that info public makes the perps flee (harder to catch). What Huber is doing seems to drive all this. Perhaps the world learns the truth in July, because Huber wraps-up this month, makes arrests, and info is made public. RR impeachment seems on its way.
