Looked up ICAO B8028 in the ADSB historic flight database and while that A/C came back as existing, there were no historic flights to show. But your clue about Polet let me to a database of EU airline operators and it turns out that Polet is listed as an operator in the UK and Germany with 'operator state' listings as Russia and Bermuda.
