BREAKING: Tulsi Gabbard Criminally Refers Two Intel Officials to DOJ for Prosecution Over Leaks to WaPo, New York Times

Tulsi Gabbard tore into the intelligence community’s corruption. ODNI Tulsi Gabbard criminally referred two intel officials to the Justice Department for leaking to The New York Times and the Washington Post.

And a third criminal referral is “on its way,” Fox News reported.An ODNI official told Fox News that they are “aggressively investigating other leaks.”

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard referred two intelligence community professionals to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution Wednesday over alleged leaks of classified information, Fox News Digital has learned.

An ODNI official told Fox News Digital that the intelligence community professionals allegedly leaked classified information to the Washington Post and the New York Times. A third criminal referral is “on its way” to the DOJ.

The official told Fox News Digital that intelligence community professionals should take the move “as a warning.”

“Politicization of our intelligence and leaking classified information puts our nation’s security at risk and must end,” Gabbard told Fox News Digital.

“Those who leak classified information will be found and held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.”

“Today, I referred two intelligence community leakers to the Department of Justice for criminal referral, with a third criminal referral on its way, which includes the recent illegal leak to the Washington Post,” Gabbard said.

“These deep-state criminals leaked classified information for partisan political purposes to undermine President Trump’s agenda.”

The Trump Administration is not putting up with leakers this time around.

Last month DHS Chief Kristi Noem said her investigators have identified two leakers within the Department of Homeland Security and are preparing to refer them to the Justice Department for felony prosecutions.

“These individuals face up to 10 years in federal prison,” Noem said.

Last week three Pentagon officials who were caught leaking to the media were fired.

White House accuses Zelensky of megaphone diplomacy

The US president is “frustrated” with the Ukrainian leader, who’s moving in the “wrong direction” on peace talks, Trump’s spokesperson has said

The White House has criticized Vladimir Zelensky for publicly discussing sensitive details of peace negotiations aimed at ending the Ukraine conflict.

On Tuesday, it was reported that Zelensky publicly rejected a US proposal for territorial concessions to Russia, including the recognition of Crimea as Russian territory, as part of a peace deal. According to the media, the move has angered US officials, with Secretary of State Marco Rubio skipping Wednesday’s talks in London with European and Ukrainian delegations.

During a press briefing on Wednesday, White House spokesperson Karoline Leavitt voiced US President Donald Trump’s frustration over Zelensky’s recent comments to the media regarding the talks.

“Unfortunately, President Zelensky has been trying to litigate this peace negotiation in the press, and that’s unacceptable to the president,” Leavitt said.

Leavitt stressed that the Trump administration believessuch talks should be handled in private.

“The president’s national security team, his advisors have exuded significant time, energy and effort to try to bring this war to an end,” she stated. “The American taxpayer has funded billions of dollars in this effort and enough is enough.”

The remarks signal growing impatience within Trump’s team over what it sees as an unproductive public discourse surrounding peace efforts.“The president… is frustrated. His patience is running very thin. He wants to do what’s right for the world. He wants to see peace, and unfortunately President Zelensky seems to be moving in the wrong direction,” Leavitt said.

The spokesperson clarified that Trump is not demanding Ukraine recognize Russian sovereignty over Crimea, but is instead calling for realistic dialogue.

“What he is asking is for people to come to the negotiating table recognizing that this has been a brutal war for far too long.”

She concluded by emphasizing the need for compromise in any future peace deal. “In order to make a good deal, both sides have to walk away a little bit unhappy,”Leavitt said.

Russia isn’t seeking Zelensky’s removal – Kremlin

Moscow considers the Ukrainian leader illegitimate, but will not make it an obstacle to negotiations

Ukrainian officials in the future could legally challenge any agreements signed by Vladimir Zelensky, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said. Despite this, he said Russia is not demanding that Zelensky step down.

Moscow has repeatedly rejected Zelensky’s legitimacy since his presidential term lapsed last May. He has since postponed elections with successive extensions of martial law roughly every three months. Ukraine’s parliament supported the latest extension last week.

In an interview with French weekly Le Point published on Wednesday, Peskov was asked whether Russia was demanding the Ukrainian leader’s resignation.

”It’s not one of our demands, but even if an agreement were signed with Zelensky today, people could come forward later in Ukraine and legally challenge his legitimacy,”the spokesman said.

”This is in relation to martial law and certain articles of the Ukrainian Constitution…The role of the Rada is enshrined in the constitution, not that of the president,” Peskov added.

Moscow maintains that the Ukrainian constitution allows Zelensky to transfer presidential authority to the current speaker of Ukraine’s parliament, the Rada.

Russia does not insist on the Ukrainian leader stepping down as a precondition to starting bilateral talks, Russian President Vladimir Putin said late last year. However, any final document would have to be signed with the de jure leader of Ukraine, he said.

”But if we ever get to the point of signing a document, it can only be done with the representatives of legitimate authorities, that is the bottom line,” Putin said.

Russian officials have also pointed out that another hurdle to potential talks between Moscow and Kiev is Zelensky’s decree banning any negotiations with Putin.

No direct talks between Russia and Ukraine have taken place since the collapse of the Istanbul negotiations in 2022. Then UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson convinced Kiev to stop diplomacy and keep fighting, according to the head of Kiev’s delegation, David Arakhamia.

Ukrainian youths throw Nazi salute at Holocaust memorial (PHOTOS)

Kharkov mayor and Jewish community urge police to punish those who desecrated the Drobitsky Yar site

Authorities in Ukraine have launched a criminal investigation after three young people were photographed performing Nazi salutes at a Holocaust memorial in Kharkov, sparking outrage from local officials and Jewish organizations.

The incident occurred at the Drobitsky Yar memorial site, wherebetween 16,000 and 20,000 Jews were executed during the Nazi occupation of World War II. Photos showing the three youths, with two clearly giving the Nazi salute on the steps of the memorial, were widely circulated on local Telegram channels last weekend.

Kharkov Mayor Igor Terekhov condemned the act as “a conscious desecration of memory, of humanity, and of Kharkov itself.”

“Drobitsky Yar is not just a place – it is a wound in the heart of Kharkov. It is silence that screams with the pain of thousands of innocent lives,” Terekhov wrote in a statement on his Telegram channel on Wednesday.

These three are not ‘just kids,’ it’s not a ‘joke,’ not a ‘mistake.’ This is a deliberate act of mockery… I appeal to law enforcement – find them. Quickly. Publicly. And ensure that these young Nazis are punished appropriately for their actions.

The United Jewish Community of Ukraine also condemned the incident and filed a formal complaint with law enforcement. The Kharkov regional police confirmed a pre-trial investigation is underway and said they are working to identify and locate the individuals involved.If convicted, the suspects could face up to five years in prison.

Drobitsky Yar is one of dozens of Holocaust massacre sites across Ukraine, where German forces and local collaborators murdered approximately 1.5 million Jews during World War II.

Russia has consistently accused Ukraine’s leadership of embracing neo-Nazi ideology and whitewashing known WWII-era collaborators. When the conflict between Moscow and Kiev escalated into open hostilities in February 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin cited the “denazification” of Ukraine as one of the primary objectives of his military operation, alongside demilitarization and neutrality.

Top Russian officials repeatedly pointed to the fact that the current Ukrainian authorities openly celebrate Nazi figures, most notably Stepan Bandera, a Ukrainian nationalist who collaborated with the Third Reich. Bandera has been officially hailed as a national hero in Ukraine since 2010, with Ukrainian nationalists regularly marking his birthday on January 1 with torchlit marches and massive demonstrations.
