Interesting stab here.

Also a few interesting ones yesterday after the string was published (believe 1 or 2 made the notables). Alas, they've already been buried except for this one which anon wisely saved.

(found this pic posted earlier that clarifies no YT video with that string had been uploaded up to then. have not yet verified its validity.)

Possible, but Q should know by now:
-- There are multiple computers over all the world attempting to crack this string through brute-force decryption methods.
-- There a quite a few talented decoder/puzzler anons populating this board who are hungry for some meat. Could be wrong, but it appears that if the message was not meant for anons to decode/analyze, Q would have clarified as such so as not to waste the time & brainpower of those anons chasing down blind alleys.
The only thing preventing these decoder anons from making any sort of meaningful progress on this & other puzzles laid out by Q is the inability to effectively communicate & collectively bounce ideas with each other due to the fast-paced structure and the current volume of noise in the general breads.
Many clues need a walk in the park or a chore to accomplish to quiet the brain before discovering a valuable insight. Unfortunately, by the time one returns, much more often than not, no one interested's around, clues get ignored and buried, and collective intelligence grinds to a halt.
Perhaps a separate thread dedicated to the decode of this string would resolve those issues.
