Thanks, Anon. I just started looking into the specific company (the logo for which was included in my original post). I was surprised to see that Tanisha Systems, Inc. allegedly operates our of New York City but it's incorporated in Massachusettss BECAUSE the sole corporate officer lives in Massachusetts, hundreds of miles away from the operations.
Maybe that's not abnormal in a large company, but this appears to be a closely-held corporation, so I'd expect to see more of a "hands-on" approach to management.
But I'm no lawyer. All I know is that things about the company seem very sketchy to me.
In particular, the fact that the stated "purpose" of the coompany listed on the corporate documents did not match withi what the website says the company is doing.

So that's where I started digging, Anon. Next thing I knew I looked up the one, sole corporate officer (Gorav Arggrawal) on LinkedIn and found that he is simultaneously running the matrimonial company (cough, coough, cough) out ofo New York City, too.
Yet the dude lives in Massachusetts.
We should look up the corporate documents for the matrimonial company, because I did not have time too do that yesterday.
I would check the Massachusetts and New York Secretaries of State (or The Commonwealth) to see if that second company is incorporated in Mass. or NY and then download the coroporate documents.
Trafficking in Guyana? That's quite interesting, Anon. I was completely unaware.
But given the shady "matrimonial company" and the Tanisha company's shady immigration practices (described in the drop), I think the whole thing is worthy of continued digging.
