The writer and O'Handly are exactly right. PRecidence has been set numerous times for this and I know that our POTUS is well aware of it.
The "courts" are not functioning for the American people and the rulings these activist judges are making have no tether to law, the Constitution or common sense. They are just making this shit up because they think they can. It is past time to take these treasonous courts down and prosecute the judges, clerks, lawyers and all involved under the UCMJ.
