-Expects compliance from DOJ on doc requests.

-Does not support Impeachment, thinks it's not necessary, one reason being it would delay Senate's Kavanaugh confirmation.

Since he recused himself, he cannot and does not look at the docs.

So, yes, he would have nothing to say about his crimes because he has not seen the docs.

In fact, he may not have even looked at the FISA docs released.
