That we need to boost the NEW USA businesses that can be "Pulled" from China and elsewhere, someone with smarts should develop a data-base and funding sources (preferably a reputable and honest Government agency)…

Just thinking out-of-the-box here, but…not only would it help take jobs, sales and businesses from China, it will boost them here, more employees, more product, cheaper product, less fuel usage and cost to ship.
Trump or Elon Musk….Can't your administration start a agency that helps the small business owner on shovel ready start-up businesses that will replace all the "Made in China" products…

Start producing a "Made in the USA" product. 1-2-3. WITH THE HELP OF A GOVERNMENT AGENCY!! BECAUSE SOME OF US DON'T KNOW EVERYTHING THERE IS ABOUT HOW TO START AND RUN A BUSINESS..
