A domestic terrorist as a citizen of the US gets due process under the Constitution that they are a citizen of.
An enemy whi us a citizen of Iraq (for example) and manages to invade here, is a war act (if sanctioned by their government) or an act of terrirusm by an enemy combatant.
War is not crime and so is not subject to civil jurisprudence.
What the normies are being shown is that this is war not crime. An invasion not immigration.
