The courts and Military are wrong on this position because it was not in the Military's original charter. What has to be done in light of this, is to come up with a contract that states, you must decide your gender and all issues before joining the US Military, because these issues belong to the individual entity and not any form of US Military due to affecting their readiness factor. Let other gov agencies in human services handle this prior.
