Has to be purposeful disinformation from Q. We all seem to be split between RR being white hat or black hat. Maybe Q was doing that on purpose because RR needed to be trusted by the bad guys a while longer. If we think he's bad, they like him! If we think he's good… he definitely won't be able to smoke out any more bad guys or get more witnesses to flip as easily.
