The most important legal issues for MAGA fall under the oversight of Stanley Woodward in the role of Associate Attorney General.

Robby Starbuck: Today I’m announcing a major multi-million dollar defamation lawsuit against @Meta, the owner of @Facebook & @Instagram.

Here’s a summary of events:
This all started with Meta’s AI falsely claiming that I was charged with a crime from January 6th but… I wasn’t even in DC that day (I was in TN) and I’ve never been charged with a crime IN MY LIFE.
We found this out in August of 2024 when I was exposing woke policies at Harley Davidson. One dealership was unhappy with me and they posted a screenshot from Meta’s AI in an effort to attack me. This screenshot was filled with lies. I couldn’t believe it was real so I checked myself. It was even worse when I checked.
From that day I’ve faced a steady stream of false accusations that are deeply damaging to my character and the safety of my family.
This sounds bad, right? It gets MUCH worse. Meta was notified LAST YEAR by my lawyers, yet the defamation continues today.
Some lies Meta spread about me:
• Meta’s AI claims that I’ve appeared on Nick Fuentes show, that I’ve spoken at his rallies, and that I’ve supported him. I’ve never met him and this is all false.
• Meta’s AI claims I’ve engaged in Holocaust denial. I’ve NEVER denied the Holocaust.
• Meta’s AI tells advertisers NOT to advertise with me because of the lies it invented.
• Meta tells employers NOT to hire me because of the lies it invented.
• Meta suggested that MY KIDS BE TAKEN FROM ME because it would be better for them to be raised by someone more friendly to DEI and transgenderism.
• Meta’s ironically claimed that I’ve been sued for DEFAMATION and EMOTIONAL DISTRESS. I’ve never been sued for either.
I’ve tried to fix this privately since last year. Instead of fixing this and instituting safeguards, Meta has given us the runaround.
Meta later BLACKLISTED my name from being searched (insane) but it didn’t end the defamation because Meta includes my name in news stories. You can then ask for more info about me. If you do that, Meta goes back to defaming me. In fact, the lies this week are the worst yet!
Meta’s AI admits that a false accusation over J6 is extremely harmful to whoever is accused. It even agrees that a court is LIKELY to rule that this was defamation with ACTUAL MALICE.

Iraqi Man Charged With Illegally Voting in 2020 Election, DOGE Plays a Key Role
Abdul Jamiel, from South Glens Falls, New York, was formally charged on Friday with "illegal voting by an alien."
According to the DOJ, the man is accused of registering and casting a ballot in the 2020 election, an act prohibited under federal law for foreign nationals.
United States Attorney John A. Sarcone III announced the charge, suggesting that investigations into illegal voting will continue.
"As alleged, Jamiel’s voting in the 2020 election was a callous and illegal act," Sarcone said. "We will continue to investigate and prosecute illegal schemes aimed at corrupting the election process.”
The DOJ credited Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) for assisting with the investigation.

In a rather noteworthy twist, Abdul Jamiel, according to the Times Union, was registered with the Conservative Party. This makes it clear that the Justice Department is not concerned with party affiliation but rather with addressing election integrity across the board.

Trump’s “Protecting American Communities from Criminal Aliens” executive order directs the departments of Justice and Homeland Security to publish a list of state and local jurisdictions that obstruct federal immigration enforcement and take action against them.
“Federal supremacy with respect to immigration, national security, and foreign policy is axiomatic,” the order states, citing Article II and Article IV, Section 4, of the U.S. Constitution, vesting the federal government with the power to protect national security and “protect each of [the States] against Invasion.”
The invasion argument was first made by 55 Texas counties that declared an invasion citing Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution, The Center Square exclusively reported.
“The prior administration allowed unchecked millions of aliens to illegally enter the United States,” the order states, creating a public safety and national security crisis, exacerbated by transnational criminal organizations, terrorists and others intent on harming Americans.
Trump’s latest executive order, as many of his previous ones, is likely to be challenged in court.
Citing an invasion at the southern border, which Trump officially declared on his first day in office, his administration is now responding to some state and local officials who “violate, obstruct, and defy” federal immigration enforcement, the order states.
Local jurisdictions who obstruct federal deportation efforts are engaging in “a lawless insurrection against the supremacy of Federal law and the Federal Government’s obligation to defend the territorial sovereignty of the United States,” it states.
In addition to creating “intolerable national security risks,” the order states sanctuary jurisdictions’ “nullification efforts often violate Federal criminal laws, including those prohibiting obstruction of justice, … unlawfully harboring or hiring illegal aliens …, conspiracy against the United States …, and conspiracy to impede Federal law enforcement.”
The order also notes that “assisting aliens in violating Federal immigration law could also violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act,” an argument made by America First Legal, The Center Square reported. In January, AFL launched a resource to help Americans fight sanctuary policies and sent letters to more than 250 elected officials demanding that they comply with federal law or expect to be sued.
“Concealing, harboring, or shielding aliens could also trigger liability under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) statute,” AFL said.
“Civil RICO remedies are available to ‘[a]ny person injured in his business or property by reason of a violation’ and shall recover threefold the damages he sustains and the cost of the suit, including a reasonable attorney’s fee.’”
Trump’s order also states that those who assist illegal foreign nationals might be violating federal laws that prohibit discrimination against Americans and might be violating Americans’ civil rights.
In order for the federal government “to restore the enforcement of United States law,” Trump directed the attorney general and Secretary of Homeland Security to publish a list of states and local jurisdictions that obstruct the federal immigration enforcement. Each jurisdiction is to be notified of its alleged violation of federal immigration and criminal law.

The government of Argentine President Javier Milei on Monday declassified over 1,850 official documents detailing the arrival of Nazi German officials to Argentina and their actions in the South American nation following World War II.
The files, which can be freely accessed on an Argentine government website, most notably contain documentation detailing the actions of Josef Mengele, the German Schutzstaffel (SS) officer dubbed the “Angel of Death” due to the cruel and inhumane medical experiments he conducted on Jews imprisoned at the Auschwitz concentration camp, especially on twins.
The Argentine government explained that the declassified records are the result of investigations carried out by the Foreign Affairs Directorate of the Federal Police, the State Intelligence Secretariat (SIDE), and the National Gendarmerie between the 1950s and 1980s. The over 1,850 documents are organized into seven different groups.
Mengele — who died in Bertioga, Brazil, in 1979 — fled to Argentina in 1949 following the fall of Nazi Germany and never faced justice for his crimes. The local outlet Infobae reported that the declassified documents contain Argentine police reports from November 1956 detailing Mengele’s request for a correction on the name on his identity card, noting that until that moment, Mengele moved around the country with an identity card that listed him as “Gregor Helmut” from Trento, Italy.
Subsequent Argentine federal police investigations confirmed that Mengele entered Argentina on June 20, 1949, using a passport issued by the International Red Cross bearing the purported “Helmut” Italian identification. Mengele successfully changed his identity after he presented a birth certificate certified by the German embassy.
According to the documents, Mengele, a widower, resided in Buenos Aires at the time, and remarried Marta María Will, the German ex-wife of his deceased younger brother. He also adopted his nephew Karl-Heinz as his son. The family asked for a certificate of good conduct from Argentine authorities to travel to Chile in 1956.
The newspaper Clarín detailed that declassified file sheets listed Mengele’s profession as “manufacturer.” Two years after he requested the required certificate to travel to Chile, Mengele issued a similar request to be able to travel to West Germany.
Another declassified document, addressed to the head of the Foreign Affairs Division, stated that Germany had requested Mengele’s extradition so that he could serve a life sentence, but the request “had been denied” and the Argentine government “had not taken any action in this respect, alleging formal and procedural flaws.”
The documents also contain records of an investigation into a German man suspected of being Martin Bormann, Adolf Hitler’s private secretary, who disappeared without a trace until his body was found in Germany in the 1970s. Bormann’s remains were finally confirmed via DNA testing in 1998.
Additionally, the Argentine declassified documents contain information on Adolf Eichmann, one of the key architects of the Holocaust and the logistics of the “Final Solution” for the mass imprisonment of Jewish people in concentration camps and their subsequent extermination. Bormann was apprehended by Israeli Mossad agents in 1960 and sentenced to death in Jerusalem in 1962.
“There is also a folder referring to Gestapo officer Walter Kutschmann, responsible for the death of thousands of Jews in Poland, who took refuge in [the city of] Miramar under the name of Pedro Ricardo Olmo,” Clarín reported.
