President Trump is violating our constitution and equal protection under the law, upholding a militarized and protected class above citizens. This is Land of the Free and Home of the Brave, not land of tyranny and home of officer cowardice aka safety.

If you say anything you will be arrested - Arrested for what the US Supreme Court said in 1987 is not only constitutionally protected but a principal characteristic from which we determine a free nation from a police state.

In 1987 the US Supreme Court invalidated as unconstitutional a Houston Texas ordinance that said “It shall be unlawful for any person to assault, strike or in any manner oppose, molest, abuse or interrupt any policeman in the execution of his duty, or any person summoned to aid in making an arrest.” Their reasoning is that free and protected speech can not be interference/obstruction. Justice William J. Brennan Jr., who authored the Court’s 8-1 majority opinion, wrote that “the First Amendment protects a significant amount of verbal criticism and challenge directed at police officers." He added that the“freedom of individuals verbally to oppose or challenge police action without thereby risking arrest is one of the principal characteristics by which we distinguish a free nation from a police state.”

Here's cops threatening a man with arrest if he speaks, and then arresting him. We absolutely live in a police state. It's time to wake up from the delusion.
