So you think the "ministry of truth" claiming something never happened means it should be law it can't be published? So what happens when a candidate shoots someone on video and the ministry of truth claims it's fake? Or beats a child? Etc.
It's a violation of the first amendment, period.
Government does not get to dictate by law what is and is not published. You want them to have that authority, get started on an amendment.
I wasn't aware political ads are sexual in nature and recorded in private with the expectation of privacy.
