Seems reasonable. Deepfakes are so deceptive. It passes the 1st Amendment test IMO because you can deepfake all day long IF you clearly state it's a deepfake and didn't really happen.

Baker, please tone down the note for notable …613. Texas' legislation is targeted toward deepfake videos, not memes, and even allows political deepfakes so long as they're clearly denoted as fake.
