Q said [RR], not Rosenstein. [RR] is the public version of Rosenstein that leftists believe is going after POTUS. The more we attack [RR] and call him corrupt, the more leftists defend him. The attempt to impeach was never meant to actually happen. It was just a way to make leftists defend Rosenstein and give the appearance that he is dirty. Now that leftists have spent this much time defending Rosenstein's character, they will not be able to smear him when he drops the hammer.
