To block e-bot only use this as regex in the Name field,
([]),=e
To block all namefags except Q, also regex,
^(?!(Anonymous$|Q))
Use the same in the Subject field if you like.
To clean out most of the muhjoo shills - Comment, non regex,
jew|JEW|Jew|kike|KIKE|Kike|jidf|JIDF|Jidf|goy|GOY|Goy|shekel|SHEKEL|Shekel
To clean out gore and black dick pics - Comment, non regex,
BestGore.com|BLACK.com|BLACKED|KARA|BOĞA|GOREFAG

Add more terms as needed. Non-regex filters are easy. Just use the literal string you want blocked for whatever field. Multiple terms can be ORed using the pipe character: |\
