Torshin is the reputed head of Russian mafia, money launderer, with links to Browder.
Thus, any FSB 'Russian hackers' were actually CIA operatives under the command of Brennan and Torschin.
It was a false flag.
And Putin has already arrested the people, 1.5 years ago.
