The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) is a pro-Israel lobbying group that advocates its policies to the legislative and executive branches of the United States and is very influential. Elliott Brandt, AIPAC’s new CEO, confirmed Congressman Thomas Massie’s assertion that members of Congress are pressured by AIPAC and have AIPAC handlers.

At AIPAC’s recent 2025 Congressional Convention, Brandt, declared that he has been grooming CIA Director John Ratcliffe for decades, in addition to influencing Secretary of State Marco Rubio, National Security Advisor Mike Waltz and US Representative Elise Stefanik, who was slated to become the ambassador to the United Nations. The common link is that they were members of Congress and had relationships with key AIPAC leaders.

Journalist Max Blumenthal said that AIPAC loves members of Congress going into national security positions because AIPAC is an arm of Israeli intelligence. He said that members of the Trump administration are de facto Israeli assets.

Why isn't this used more? It should be the FIRST thing brought up when ANY rights are violated. An example might be that an agency is statutorily required to issue a permit within a set time frame. There's usually a clause for a short extension for exigent circumstances, but almost all have reasonable limits, like 60 days. It is not uncommon for them to ignore their statutory duty and drag permits (mining, drilling, logging, dredging etc) for YEARS.

I have one case where a group of four prospectors have been waiting for the USFS to approve their POO (Plan of Operations) for 20 years. Two of them have died of old age while waiting for more "environmental reviews" or "pending Forest Plan Amendments". Just slow walking it out of malicious compliance because the USFS as an agency has been captured by college indoctrinated environmental terrorists. Why can't we us 18USC 241 and 242 to bring them to heel or to jail?
