All the de-extinction stuff in the news lately. Started with the dire wolf but I've seen others in the last few days.

Are they really growing these animals in a lab or is someone smuggl8ng them out of hidden lands beyond the ice wall, where they've thrived all along?

If we have hundreds of underground cities, I would guess a good amount of materials from the surface, mainly food, is going down there through places like Springfield Underground.

How do we dig on production vs. consumption and what goes in vs. what comes out of these "storage" facilities?
