WHOA: Laura Loomer Uncovers a Massive Conflict of Interest Involving Race-Baiting Federal Judge Who Ordered Border Agents to NOT Detain Illegal Aliens Without a Warrant

One of the radical-left judges involved in sabotaging President Trump’s immigration agenda has been Loomered in brutal fashion.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, U.S. District Judge Jennifer L. Thurston, a Biden nominee, issued an injunction on Tuesday barring Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents in the Eastern District of California from stopping illegal aliens without a warrant or proving that the person is a threat to flee before they can get a warrant.
Thurston’s decision came after several individuals were arrested in January during Border Patrol’s “Operation Return to Sender.” This was just part of President Trump’s smashing success in removing illegal aliens from the interior while locking down the southern border.
Thurston wrote in her ruling that the Border Patrol “engaged in conduct that violated well-established constitutional rights.” Thurston next ordered the Border Patrol to submit a report every 60 days showing who is being held and who was arrested without warrants, along with the reasoning for both, until the lawsuit is resolved.
She also whipped out the race card during a hearing a day before her final ruling, telling Trump administration attorneys that “You just can’t walk up to people with brown skin and say, ‘Give me your papers.”
Loomer has now revealed a massive conflict of interest involving Thurston. Thanks to her, we know Thurston’s husband, Marc, is a multifamily real estate broker in California who has clients who are illegal aliens.
This means that the Thurston family is getting rich off illegal labor, and she would almost certainly get an earful back home from her husband if she dared jeopardize the gravy train. How convenient that she limited her ruling to only areas that impact the family business.
Marc Thurston also makes Instagram videos about how Trump’s mass deportations and immigration policies are bad for businesses like his. Loomer also included one of the videos in her X post.

Marc Thurston stated on his Instagram account in multiple videos he filmed this year since President Trump’s inauguration, that deportations of “undocumented immigrants” would harm the local rental market in Bakersfield, directly affecting his business, which relies on immigration enforcement outcomes since over 15,000 “undocumented workers” as he calls them, work in the Central Valley of California, and many of these illegals reside in multi-family housing where Marc Thurston and his wife Judge Jennifer Thurston live in California.
Loomer also pointed out that Thruston is violating at least two federal guidelines by not recusing herself from the case.
Judge Jennifer L. Thurston should have recused herself from the Trump admin case due to bias and personal financial gain resulting from her ruling, which benefits her husband’s business.
According to the “Federal Judiciary and Judicial Procedure” guidelines that all US Federal Judges are required to follow, a judge is required to recuse themselves from a case if they find themselves conflicted with any of the following rules below:
28 U.S.C. § 455(a): Requires recusal if a reasonable person, knowing all facts, might question the judge’s impartiality.
28 U.S.C. § 455(b)(4): Mandates recusal if the judge’s spouse has a financial interest that could be substantially affected by the case’s outcome.
The president’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., was not exactly shocked to learn of Thurston’s conflict of interest.
