>Presidential Executive Order Amending Executive Order 13223
Extends Sept 14 State of Emergency from 911 attacks
>Executive Order Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption (Dec 21, 2017)
Note the "or corruption" part in the EO title
>Presidential Executive Order on Protecting America Through Lawful Detention of Terrorists (Jan 30, 2018)
Additional detainees allowed.
>Presidential Executive Order on Enforcing Federal Law with Respect to Transnational Criminal Organizations and Preventing International Trafficking (Feb 2107)
Corruption is again directly mentioned as part of the criteria.
So, given the above, The EOs make trans-national human trafficking (Haiti, anyone?), drug trafficking (MS13, anyone?), and corruption in relation to the above able to be classified as enemy combatants, and thereby charged under military law and subject to tribunals.
I've given the exact names of the EOs, so you can look them up yourself on the WH site.
Any lawfags want to do an in depth on the above?
