I do not think POTUS would allow anyone to run HIS DOJ no to his liking, JS runs the DOJ, [RR] oversees the SC, RM.

I do not believe POTUS woud allow a takeover of his DOJ, he is the head of the EXECUTIVE and has CONSTITUTIONAL right to make changes he sees fit to the BRANCH.
