There is zero justification for this harassment other than to chill peoples right to park wherever the hell they want in public. They're basically telling them they don't belong.

You actually believe that nonsense? Let me tell you how it actually works. My mother lives in a city a little north of me, I noticed they put up no panhandling signs with an ordinance number. Another city in my state had the EXACT SAME ordinance and my state supreme court ruled it unconstitutional because panhandling laws are unconstitutional. My moms city council refuses to acknowledge me and denies the ordinance exists, even though I took pictures of all the signs they have up. Without money to pay attorneys, people can't fight this shit as the people are being silenced while certain peoples agendas are pushed through.
This is the kind of thing happening when people speak up. Cops have a duty to protect our rights above obeying orders. The constitution is the supreme law and any law repugnant to it is void. Cops aren't enforcing the law, they're a FORCE AGAINST THE PEOPLE.
