Correct but the counting application and the ballot application will tell you:

You were number x voter

It was show the last x amount of digits of your key.
So let's say your key is only 256 character long. The ballot app would tell you, you were counted as voter number 10,001, and let's say the last digits of your 256 character key were "c9*&fjdklex"
When you go to the counting application, and navigate to voter 10,001 you would see that voter id c9*&fjdklex voted for Trump or whatever. Follow. It is 100% transparent.
