Idaho Expands Death Penalty to Child Predators

The state of Idaho recently passed a bill that was signed into law that would expand the death penalty to pedophiles if the crimes involving lewd conduct to a child under the age of 12 are proven in a trial. In the past two years, both Tennessee and Florida have passed death penalty laws involving child rape cases.

Legal challenges are expected as the US Supreme Court ruled out the death sentence for child rape in a 5-4 decision in 2008. The justices concluded that it was “not a proportional punishment for the rape of a child” and that it violated the Eighth Amendment’s ban on cruel and unusual punishment

RFK Jr. Shatters The Measles Narrative With One Brilliant Point

RFK Jr. destroyed the false narrative that is being pushed by the mainstream media that measles are big danger in the US. Chris Cuomo asked RFK Jr. what responsibility he has in people who are hesitant to take vaccines because Kennedy warned against COVID vaccines. RFK Jr. pointed out that measles is a small problem, with only 842 cases in the US. He noted that for years, the CDC has insisted the only way to manage measles is through universal vaccination, but should instead have treatment options.

“We’ve had four measles deaths in this country in 20 years. We have 100,000 autism cases a year. We have 38% of our kids now are diabetic or pre-diabetic. That should be in the headlines,” he said.

The US now spends almost a trillion dollars a year on diabetes and metabolic disorder.

“By 2035, we’re going to be spending a million dollars a year on autism. Autism in 1970 was 1 in 10,000 Americans. Today, it’s 1 in 31. In California, it’s 1 in every 20 kids—1 in every 12.5 boys,” he said.
