Regulators Accuse TikTok of Secretly Sending User Data to China.

Irish regulators have imposed a substantial fine on TikTok, the Beijing-owned video platform, requiring the company to pay $599 million. This penalty arises after it was discovered that TikTok unlawfully sent user data from Europe to China, breaching data protection laws of the European Union (EU), according to the Irish Data Protection Commission (DPC).Following a four-year investigation, the DPC concluded that TikTok had not implemented adequate safeguards when transferring European users’ data to China. Additionally, between 2020 and 2022, the platform did not disclose to its users that their data could be accessed by personnel in China.“

TikTok failed to verify, guarantee and demonstrate that the personal data of [European] users, remotely accessed by staff in China, was afforded a level of protection essentially equivalent to that guaranteed within the EU,” DPC deputy commissioner Graham Doyle said.

This fine coincides with enduring scrutiny of TikTok’s connections to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). U.S. officials have raised national security concerns over TikTok and mandated that the app sever ties with its Chinese parent company, ByteDance, by June 19, or it risks an outright ban in the U.S.Despite TikTok’s persistent denials regarding the storage of European or American data on Chinese servers, the company admitted in April to having stored limited data from European users in China. We Don't Need An Executive Order To Bar Illegals From Social Security - We Need A Government That Obeys The Law

In what universe does it make sense that the President of the United States has to sign an executive order to stop illegal aliens from receiving Social Security benefits? Let’s get one thing straight: illegal immigrants are already barred from receiving Social Security benefits. Full stop. It’s enshrined in federal law, constitutional precedent, and the very fabric of what it means to be a sovereign nation. Yet here we are, once again watching a president step in with a pen to “reaffirm” what is already carved into stone.

Under Section 1611 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. § 1382c), individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States are categorically ineligible for Supplemental Security Income (SSI). The Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (PRWORA) explicitly excludes most non-citizens from federal means-tested public benefits. And let’s not forget 8 U.S.C. § 1611, which states unequivocally, “Notwithstanding any other provision of law…an alien who is not a qualified alien…is not eligible for any Federal public benefit.”

Translation: They’re already prohibited.

So why does Trump need to sign an executive order? Because we are no longer a nation governed by laws—we are a nation governed by selective enforcement, political cowardice, and bureaucratic betrayal.

While illegals exploit the system through loopholes crafted by activist judges and globalist legislators, hardworking Americans who’ve paid into Social Security their entire lives are being told the well is running dry. Paterson Council President and Alleged Co-Conspirators Charged in Superseding Indictment, Alleging They Tampered with Ballots

Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin and the Office of Public Integrity and Accountability (OPIA) announced today that Paterson City Council President Alex Mendez along with three alleged co-conspirators and another Paterson resident are facing new charges in a superseding indictment that alleges they stole ballots, forged ballots and voter registrations, and submitted them to help Mendez win Paterson’s May 2020 municipal election.

The 10-count superseding indictment alleges that Mendez, who represents the Third Ward on the Paterson City Council, his wife Yohanny Mendez and campaign workers Omar Ledesma and Iris Rigo tried to deprive Paterson residents of a fair election. Alex Mendez was first indicted in 2021 for election-related offenses. Further investigation by OPIA resulted in additional charges filed by complaint in October 2023 against the co-defendants, as well as additional charges for Alex Mendez, all stemming from the May 2020 election.

“As alleged, this case is not simply about a city council seat. The people’s right to vote and to have their voices heard was subverted by what we allege to be an unlawful conspiracy,” said Attorney General Platkin. “This was unfair to the voters of Paterson. It was, as the grand jury charged, fraud and theft.”

“The tenacious, hard work of the investigators and prosecutors on this case uncovered new information about the lengths the defendants allegedly went to in an attempt to rig Paterson’s municipal election and cover up their conduct,” said Drew Skinner, Executive Director of OPIA.

Based on publicly filed documents and statements in court in this case, the OPIA investigation began after hundreds of mail-in ballots for the May 2020 Paterson election were found in a postal box in the neighboring municipality of Haledon, when all voting was being conducted via vote-by-mail because of COVID-19.

Members of the alleged conspiracy face several charges including Tampering with Public Records or Information (third degree), Falsifying or Tampering with Records (fourth degree), Forgery (third degree), and Election Fraud (second degree). Among the allegations, they are accused of submitting fictitious or fraudulent vote-by-mail registrations and ballots. The superseding indictment contains a new charge of Theft (third degree) against the four defendants for allegedly taking other peoples’ ballots with the intent to deprive them of their vote. It also includes a new count of Receiving Stolen Property (third degree) for those four defendants, alleging they received ballots that they knew had been stolen.

It is further alleged that the defendants tried to cause one or more witnesses previously contacted by investigators to make additional, contradictory, and false statements – leading to the superseding indictment’s new charge of Witness Tampering (third degree).

The superseding indictment also charges an additional defendant, Ninoska Adames, a Paterson resident, with Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution (third degree) and Tampering with Public Records or Information (third degree). She allegedly falsified a voter certificate on a vote-by-mail ballot and gave false information to detectives with the intent to hinder the State’s investigation into the May 2020 election.

In Nevada Court Thursday Election Fraud Findings Were Correlated to the Fraud Findings of Tina Peters

Today wasn’t just another day in the Nevada Court System. The Election Manipulation case brought by Andy Thompson vs. the NV Secretary of State -( Case # A-24-906377-C ) continued this morning in downtown Las Vegas, and lasted for about an hour. At the heart of the matter is that the numbers just don’t add up from the 2024 Election, even though President Trump won there. Andy is also fighting hard to prevent destruction of the 2022 election results that will likely further substantiate all his findings. This isn’t a partisan issue, it’s an American issue. Without honest elections, America is a 4th world country.

Because this is a pro-se case by Mr. Thompson, his stellar performance has been subject to administrative hiccups relating to Certificate Of Service misunderstandings. These misunderstandings were hashed out between Mr. Thompson and the Judge today, resulting in a ‘learn as you go’ posture. Fortunately Judge Reynolds has been very accommodating, and has given Andy until May 9th to File and Serve his amended complaint, meeting all requirements which were obscured previously. Once this re-filing is complete, there will be an Operative Complaint on file which can be acted upon during the next court hearing.

DOJ WHEN WILL YOU INVESTIGATE? Five US House Seats in Orange County (CA) Awarded to Dems in 2024 Election Despite Apparent Fraud

The 2024 Election in Conservative Orange County was NOT certifiable. Yet, five US House seats out of six were certified for the Democrat candidates.

The damage to the US election results as a result of the apparently fraudulent elections in Orange County is insurmountable. The corrupted election process in this county led to five US House seats being awarded to Democrats. The GOP holds onto control of the US House by a razor thin margin. These results in Orange County impact the entire country.

On April 7 we reported on a study performed in concert with United Sovereign Americans (USA) that concluded that more than one in five voters in Orange County in the 2024 election were either non-citizens, invalid or phantom voters. This was shocking news for any county, let alone the sixth biggest county in the US.

These uncertifiable results occurred as a result of many actions over the past few years. One key reason for the fraudulent results in Orange County is the manner in which individual records are added to the voter rolls in California. As we reported previously a study of California’s voter rolls concluded that nearly one-in-five records on the voter rolls were related to non-citizens and many of these records:

…came from the online registration system, while many of the remainder came through the motor vehicle licensing system (DMV). Both of these are supposed to check citizenship and reject non-citizen applications. In both, however, the applicant has to check a box indicating they are non-citizens. If they don’t check the box, it is assumed they are citizens.

Many non-citizens are reluctant to admit they aren’t citizens because that could identify them for future removal or other action. Easier just to leave the box unchecked. Both the online registration system and the DMV will pass these through to the voter registration system as probable citizens. Checks with Social Security, or with other government sources of citizenship status often fail because these agencies lack essential information.

What about the argument that non-citizens wouldn’t register because that would disqualify them from ever becoming citizens? It turns out that many, if not most of these individuals don’t know they are registered to vote.

The culture is slowly returning back to sane – it’s norming, if you will. But despite winning some major conservative victories in recent months, it will take decades, if not centuries, to rid the nation of the worst remnants of unchecked progressive power.

Here’s one perfect example: abortion tourism.

No, it’s not some deranged itinerary item from your local Satanic travel guide. “Abortion tourism” is the practice of pregnant women traveling to a state with fewer restrictions on abortion, and some major corporations are paying for their employees to cross state lines to procure abortions. It began when many red states began protecting unborn life following the overturning of Roe v. Wade in 2022 and continues to this day.

These companies – including big names like Amazon, Apple, Starbucks, Meta, Walmart, Citigroup, and others – are perfectly content to fund the killing of the unborn children of their employees.

In the wake of the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health decision in June of 2022, dozens of major corporations implemented or expanded employee benefit programs to cover travel expenses for out-of-state abortions.

Some companies offer up to $4,000 per instance. Others have added these benefits to HR portals and employee handbooks. Dick’s Sporting Goods said it will reimburse as much as $4,000 in abortion travel costs “to the nearest location that care is legally available” for workers, their spouses and dependents.

These companies are willing to invest thousands to ensure employees can kill their unborn children, regardless of what state they live in. For example, cosmetics company Estee Lauder put out a message saying they are committed to providing employees with “comprehensive benefit programs” to make “health decisions,” including “the coverage of travel and lodging necessary to access reproductive healthcare options.”

It may all be cloaked in lingo and jargon, but the overall messaging is crystal clear. They want to help employees kill their unborn children efficiently.

Every time you purchase an item from one of these woke corporations, that money is showing a little bit of support for ghoulish endeavors like “abortion tourism.” Sure, Meta has backed off the overt censorship of free speech, and Walmart walked back DEI initiatives. Target turned its monthlong Pride celebration into a shell of its former self. But despite these outward concessions to normal Americans, these companies are still quietly doing the work of the radical Left behind closed doors.

George Soros: NATO should be used as a tool to usher in a New World Order

In 1993, George Soros penned an essay about using NATO and NGOs as tools to move the world towards a New World Order; a world of “open societies.”

The world order that prevailed since the end of World War II has come to an end with the collapse of the Soviet empire, Soros wrote in an essay in 1993, and so a new conceptual framework is needed to understand the current situation, one that considers not only relationships between states but also relationships within states.

The conceptual framework Soros was referring to was the concept of open and closed societies. As we all know, Soros has been promoting open societies and launched the Open Society Foundations in 1993 to this end. Using the word “open” is misleading. Soros’ concept of open society is not what most people think it is and not what his Foundation portrays it to be.

An open society is a dynamic system that encourages moral universalism. It contrasts with a closed society which is characterised by strict laws, moral codes or religious doctrines. The “open society” concept was first coined by French-Jewish philosopher Henri Bergson in 1932 and further developed by Austrian-born Jewish philosopher Karl Popper during World War II. Popper saw the open society as part of a historical continuum that moves from tribalism towards a system where tradition is critically examined and faces the challenge of less personal group relations.

In 1993, Soros saw the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (“NATO”) as the only institution of collective security that had not failed. He declared that NATO needed to redefine its mission to address the new security threats, projecting its power and influence to promote open societies and combat the threats posed by closed societies (based on nationalist principles). A new kind of alliance is needed, Soros pontificated, and proposed a “Partnership for Peace,” which could be a separate organisation from NATO, with a structure and budget. Its main task would be to help with nations’ transformation process to open societies.

His covert activities included attempts to influence a foreign government’s embezzlement investigation and to sway U.S. visa decisions for clients, one of whom was alleged to be associated with terrorism financing. In exchange, Bendler received hundreds of thousands of dollars, as reported by NBC Miami.

Breach of Trust and Security

During his unauthorized lobbying efforts, Bendler misused his CIA access by searching classified systems for information related to his clients. He improperly stored and disclosed non-public, sensitive, and classified U.S. government information to unauthorized individuals. Additionally, he lied to both the CIA and the FBI about his status as a foreign agent and his unauthorized activities, per another Justice Department release.

The CIA terminated Bendler’s contract and access in September 2020. As part of his plea agreement, he consented to the forfeiture of $85,000 and faces a maximum penalty of seven years in prison—two years for acting as a foreign agent while being a public official and five years for mishandling classified material. The film Gaza: How To Survive A Warzone, was brilliant, told from the perspective of children living in Gaza, but was pulled as soon as it was noted one of these kids had a parent who was a Hamas politician. The film didn’t support Hamas, but the Israel Looby cried and as usual, they won and the film was pulled. This time it’s Louis Theroux though, and so this film is probably safe, but that still comes with a caveat, because it is an absolute masterpiece. I can’t praise it highly enough, if you haven’t watched this, go and do so, because if you have in doubt, been in two minds still as to whether to believe mainstream media all too often pro Israel narratives, or the other side of the story, not the Hamas or Hezbollah side, but the Palestinian civilian side, but this does that and because it is Louis Theroux, with his laidback, say little, put the interviewee at ease strategy to get them to open up, well open up they did and Israel have damned themselves utterly on film in a way I don’t think they ever have been before. This is an essential watch for anyone interested in what is happening to Palestinians at the hands of Israel so go watch it.

University of Toronto scientists just blew the lid off kids’ mattresses—literally.

Two new studies found dangerous levels of phthalates, flame retardants, and hormone-disrupting plasticizers in the air around baby beds.

Some mattresses released even more chemicals when heated by body weight.

The kicker? Many of these toxic additives aren’t even needed to meet flammability standards.

One researcher warned:

“This is a wake-up call for manufacturers and policymakers.”

Until regulations catch up, parents are being urged to declutter beds and choose neutral fabrics.
