New Jersey Democrats INDICTED AGAIN in Expanding Voter Fraud Case — Accused of Stealing and Forging Ballots and Voter Registrations to Rig 2020 Election

“The 10-count superseding indictment alleges that Mendez, who represents the Third Ward on the Paterson City Council, his wife Yohanny Mendez and campaign workers Omar Ledesma and Iris Rigo tried to deprive Paterson residents of a fair election. Alex Mendez was first indicted in 2021 for election-related offenses. Further investigation by OPIA resulted in additional charges filed by complaint in October 2023 against the co-defendants, as well as additional charges for Alex Mendez, all stemming from the May 2020 election.

Based on publicly filed documents and statements in court in this case, the OPIA investigation began after hundreds of mail-in ballots for the May 2020 Paterson election were found in a postal box in the neighboring municipality of Haledon, when all voting was being conducted via vote-by-mail because of COVID-19.

Members of the alleged conspiracy face several charges including Tampering with Public Records or Information (third degree), Falsifying or Tampering with Records (fourth degree), Forgery (third degree), and Election Fraud (second degree). Among the allegations, they are accused of submitting fictitious or fraudulent vote-by-mail registrations and ballots.

The superseding indictment contains a new charge of Theft (third degree) against the four defendants for allegedly taking other peoples’ ballots with the intent to deprive them of their vote. It also includes a new count of Receiving Stolen Property (third degree) for those four defendants, alleging they received ballots that they knew had been stolen.

It is further alleged that the defendants tried to cause one or more witnesses previously contacted by investigators to make additional, contradictory, and false statements – leading to the superseding indictment’s new charge of Witness Tampering (third degree).

The superseding indictment also charges an additional defendant, Ninoska Adames, a Paterson resident, with Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution (third degree) and Tampering with Public Records or Information (third degree). She allegedly falsified a voter certificate on a vote-by-mail ballot and gave false information to detectives with the intent to hinder the State’s investigation into the May 2020 election.

The charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Second-degree charges carry a sentence of five to 10 years in state prison and a fine of up to $150,000. Third-degree charges carry a sentence of three to five years in prison and a fine of up to $15,000. Fourth-degree offenses could lead to up to 18 months in state prison and a fine of up to $10,000.”

NY Attorney General Letitia James Announces ANOTHER Lawsuit Against President Trump As Her Own Legal Troubles Pile Up

New York Attorney General Letitia James announced during a National Action Network rally in Harlem on Saturday that she and other Democratic attorneys general will sue the Trump administration’s Department of Health and Human Services over so-called healthcare funding cuts.

“The White House is threatening our way of life in so many ways, and I just want you to know that in the coming days we will be filing a lawsuit against them (HHS),” James told the attendees at a National Action Network rally in Harlem.

“All of these funds and more!” James yelled. “We got to stand up, and that’s why Democratic attorneys general will be joining me in filing this lawsuit in the coming days.”

She refused to provide any additional details regarding the lawsuit.

Israel warns of retaliation after Houthi strike on airport: Live Updates

A Houthi official has confirmed the attack on Ben Gurion near Tel Aviv, claiming that the group has “no red lines” in its fight against Israel

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed that it failed to intercept the missile despite several attempts.

“An impact was identified in the area of Ben Gurion Airport,” the IDF said in a post on Telegram. The Israeli Air Force is investigating the failure.

The Houthis, who control western Yemen, including the capital and the port of Hodeidah, have launched a number of drones and missiles at commercial vessels passing through the Red Sea and at targets in Israel over the past year, aiming to pressure West Jerusalem over its military operation in Gaza. Israel launched the campaign following a deadly raid by the Palestinian militant group Hamas in October 2023. The Houthis said they would stop the attacks if Israel halts its operation in Gaza.

Israel has not launched strikes against Yemen in response to the Houthi attacks. The US, however, began air and naval strikes against Houthi targets in March, citing threats to Red Sea shipping. Last week, US President Donald Trump ordered the Pentagon to intensify strikes in Yemen and warned that the Houthis would be “completely annihilated” if they continued their attacks. The UK has also taken part in the strikes, with the Defense Ministry saying it targeted a Houthi-controlled facility.

US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth accused Iran of arming the Houthis and warned there would be consequences. Tehran denied the claims. The US, however, announced sweeping sanctions on countries buying Iranian oil or petrochemicals on Thursday, citing Tehran’s alleged role in fueling conflict in the Middle East, among other things.

Russia has urged Washington to halt its strikes on Yemen. In a phone call in March with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov called for an immediate end to the use of force and urged all sides to engage in political dialogue.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has blamed Iran for the Houthi strike and vowed a response.

Writing on X, he shared Donald Trump’s post from March in which the US president also made accusations against Tehran.

“President Trump is absolutely right!” Netanyahu said. “Attacks by the Houthis emanate from Iran. Israel will respond to the Houthi attack against our main airport AND, at a time and place of our choosing, to their Iranian terror masters.”

Iran has repeatedly denied the claims that it aids the Houthis.

Warren Buffett slams Trump’s tariffs

Warren Buffett has criticized US President Donald Trump’s trade policy, warning that the White House’s escalating use of tariffs amounts to turning trade into “an act of war.”

Speaking at Berkshire Hathaway’s annual shareholder meeting on Saturday, the billionaire investor argued against using tariffs as a weapon, saying balanced trade is essential for global prosperity and peace.

Since returning to office in January, Trump has imposed sweeping tariffs, culminating in his ‘Liberation Day’ tariffs introduced on April 2. They target more than 90 US trade partners. Most were paused for 90 days, though a baseline 10% remains in effect. China was excluded from the pause and was hit with 145% on all imports. Beijing retaliated with 125% tariffs and new export controls on US goods.

Buffett did not name Trump directly, but warned that America’s trade stance could isolate it globally.

“I don’t think it’s a good idea to design a world where a few countries say, ha ha ha, we’ve won. And other countries are envious,” Buffett stated. “It’s a big mistake in my view when you have 7.5 billion people who don’t like you very well, and you have 300 million who are crowing about how they have done.”

Calling for a change in direction, Buffett said US policy should focus on mutual prosperity.

”I do think that the more prosperous the rest of the world becomes… the more prosperous we’ll become and the safer we’ll feel… We should be looking to trade with the rest of the world,” he said.

”Trade can be an act of war [but] balanced trade is good for the world. The more balanced trade there is, the better… The main thing to do is not use trade as a weapon,” he added.

Mexico’s President Rejects Trump’s Push To Send US Troops Across Border

Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said Saturday that she flatly rejected a proposal from President Donald Trump to allow American troops into Mexico to combat drug cartels.

Trump pressed Mexico to let U.S. troops lead the fight against drug cartels, but President Sheinbaum refused to allow a military presence, agreeing only to share intelligence, according to The Wall Street Journal. Sheinbaum responded to the Wall Street Journal article and recounted a recent phone call in which Trump offered military assistance to crack down on trafficking operations.

“He said, ‘How can we help you fight drug trafficking? I propose that the United States military come in and help you.’ And you know what I said to him? ‘No, President Trump,'” Sheinbaum recalled, The Associated Press (AP) reported. “Sovereignty is not for sale. Sovereignty is loved and defended.”

White House National Security Council spokesman James Hewitt later released a statement defending Trump’s position, calling for increased collaboration with Mexico.

“Dangerous Foreign Terrorist Organizations, however, continue to threaten our shared security and the drugs and crime they spread threaten American communities across the country,” the statement said, AP reported. “The President has been crystal clear that Mexico must do more do combat these gangs and cartels and the United States stands ready to assist and expand the already close cooperation between our two countries.”

President Trump’s crackdown on drug cartels and his unprecedented pressure on the Mexican government have forced drug lords into retreat. Facing the threat of arrest or death, many cartel operatives have shut down operations and gone into hiding as Mexico steps up efforts against producers of illicit drugs flooding the U.S. border.

Four Mexican Nationals Residing Unlawfully in the United States Charged for Their Roles in an International Conspiracy to Smuggle Aliens from Canada into the U.S.

Four Mexican nationals unlawfully residing in the United States have been charged for their roles in an international human smuggling conspiracy that illegally brought aliens across the Canadian border to the United States for profit.

Edgar Sanchez-Solis, 23, unlawfully residing in Kansas City, Kansas; Ignacio Diaz-Perez, 35, unlawfully residing in Oakwood, Georgia; Samuel Diaz-Perez, 26, unlawfully residing in Dublin, Ohio; and Salvador Diaz-Diaz, 32, unlawfully residing in Columbus, Ohio, were charged by indictment with conspiracy to bring aliens to the United States and 25 counts of bringing aliens illegally to the United States for profit. The defendants were arrested at multiple locations throughout the United States and are currently detained. Ignacio Diaz-Perez and Salvador Diaz-Diaz had been previously removed from the United States.

“As alleged, these defendants illegally entered this country and then sought to smuggle hundreds of aliens per week to the United States from Mexico, Central America, and South America through the Canadian border,” said Matthew R. Galeotti, Head of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division. “The defendants instructed smuggled aliens to make testimonial videos touting the enterprise’s services. In reality, the defendants imperiled their human cargo and innocent American lives when they repeatedly engaged in life-threatening conduct, including multiple high-speed getaways from law enforcement.”

“This case demonstrates our relentless efforts to secure our northern border against the criminal organizations profiting from human smuggling and other illegal activities,” said U.S. Attorney John A. Sarcone III for the Northern District of New York. “We are grateful for our partnership with Joint Task Force Alpha as we work to dismantle these transnational criminal organizations and make our North Country communities safer.”

According to court documents, the four defendants were part of an alien smuggling organization that has been operating for the last two years in Mexico, Canada, and the United States. The four defendants, in exchange for money, conspired with others to smuggle hundreds of aliens per week from Mexico, Central America, and South America through Canada, into northern New York, including Franklin and Clinton Counties, as alleged in court documents. The aliens or their family members paid thousands of dollars to be smuggled into the United States. The defendants and their co-conspirators allegedly facilitated the illegal travel of the aliens from Mexico to Canada and then across the northern border, where they were picked up and driven farther into the United States.

Rabbi Eliyahu Godlevsky named as father who sexually assaulted his daughters

The daughters, who submitted the request to lift the gag order, did so through the legal aid office within the Justice Ministry.

Rabbi Eliyahu Godlevsky was named as the father who was convicted of sexually assaulting three of his daughters in July, after the Tel Aviv District Court agreed to the daughters’ request and lifted the gag order on the case on Sunday.

He was charged on April 9, 2024, and convicted on July 11 of that year to 10 years in prison, probation, and compensation to the victims. The daughters, who submitted the request to lift the gag order, did so through the legal aid office within the Justice Ministry, which is representing the three sisters in the criminal case against their father.

“I am happy to finally be able to breathe again,” one of the daughters said. “At last, the shame has shifted sides – and we no longer have to hide behind shame and guilt that do not belong to us.”

Godlevsky, a Breslov hassidic rabbi, is originally from Williamsburg in Brooklyn, New York.

Attorney Likol Tamsut, who is representing the victims, said that criminal proceedings have been ongoing for over two years.

Pentagon 'Covering Up' American Casualties In Yemen War: Intercept Report

US Central Command (CENTCOM), the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the White House have refused to disclose how many US service members have been killed or wounded since the launch of Operation Rough Rider in March 2025.

The Trump administration is fighting an undeclared war in Yemen, and it has not been shy about publicizing the details of its attacks.

But the administration is unwilling to level with the American people about the costs of war. U.S. Central Command, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the White House are keeping the number of U.S. casualties from this ongoing conflict secret. This amounts to a cover-up. Members of Congress are calling for accountability.

“The administration should be transparent about the number of U.S. casualties from the attacks on the Houthis,” Rep. Ro Khanna, D-Calif., told The Intercept. “I am also working to hold the administration accountable for its unauthorized strikes in Yemen.”

After two decades of intermittent war in Yemen, the U.S. officially launched Operation Rough Rider in March of this year, and has carried out strikes on more than 1,000 targets in Yemen.

U.S. troops are also in harm’s way. Earlier this week, a fighter jet fell off the side of the USS Harry S. Truman aircraft carrier in the Red Sea, the Navy said in a statement on Monday. The Truman reportedly made a sharp turn to evade a Houthi attack, which caused the U.S. Navy F/A-18 Super Hornet fighter to plunge overboard. One sailor was injured in the chaos, and the $60 million plane was lost to the deep.

“This was a tragic accident, and let’s be clear — neither this service member, nor any of the other service members in Yemen, should have ever been in harm’s way,” Rep. Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash., told The Intercept. “Trump’s strikes in Yemen are unconstitutional and Congress must assert its congressional war powers before another service member is injured in the line of duty.”

Large fire breaks out at Iran’s power station amid storm and earthquake

any people are worried that the region's electrical supply may be disrupted after a large fire broke out late Saturday at the Montazer Qaem Power Station in Karaj, which is west of Tehran. Dramatic imagery circulated on Iranian social media sites showed the facility, which has a generating capacity of around 1600 megawatts, engulfed in flames.

Iran's Tasnim News Agency denied reports that the fire was the result of an assault despite the frightening sights. Rather, they said the fire and massive power disruptions were caused by a powerful storm that hit Karaj. In order to contain the situation and restore power, emergency personnel were quickly called in.

According to Mehr News Agency, a major fire occurred at a cardboard manufacturing facility in the province of Alborz, specifically at Nazarabad. Twelve areas of the facility were affected by the flames, but no injuries have been recorded as of yet. Firefighters are still working to completely put out the fire.

Western rulers move to silence opposition before the people can speak

The walls are closing in on the ballot box across the Western world. What used to be decided by voters is now increasingly decided behind closed doors, in courtrooms, and through administrative orders.

In Germany, the talk is no longer quiet. Government officials are openly considering whether to ban the AfD, a political party that millions of German citizens have voted for. It is the second most popular party in the country. It draws strength from rural towns, working-class suburbs, and regions where people feel left behind by the global agenda. In some districts of eastern Germany, the AfD now polls above 30 percent. One in three voters.

Yet the system is preparing to erase them. Not at the polls, but through legal action.

This is not fringe chatter. Germany’s Federal Interior Minister Nancy Faeser said the state has the “tools” to deal with parties that threaten democratic order. Translation: if the wrong people win elections, the elections themselves must be questioned. A political party with millions of supporters is being labeled a threat to democracy, and they are doing it with a straight face.

Meanwhile, in France, the system already moved. Marine Le Pen, who reached the presidential runoff twice, was handed a ban that may keep her from ever running again. The charge involved campaign finance. The result was permanent exclusion. The message is clear. Opposition to the ruling technocratic class will be met with removal, not debate.

In Romania, Calin Georgescu was gaining traction.
