Keep in mind in these videos, Jeff never says he's homeless, and he never asks for money unless a cop tells him it's illegal. He's simply saying God bless the homeless vets. That said even if he was, panhandling, asking for charitable donations, is constitutionally protected free speech and they can't ban it in a traditional public forum.

Because law enforcement in the United States, as a whole, have violated our constitution and We the Peoples rights for a long long time. This is not the land of liberty, it's the land of the false image of liberty. Until we as a nation admit it and start upholding our constitution as written, America will never be great.
