No. They just defined any person born or naturalized as a citizen, mentioned privileges and immunities for citizens, then due process for all persons. They differentiated clearly hear, and they were always clear that all persons got due process. When I was young that was never even questioned, it was known.

No. Persons was not defines as natural born or naturalized, citizens were defined as persons that are natural born or naturalized.

Citizens have extra protections, but all PERSONS get due process. It's extremely clear and it's being twisted on purpose.

Every person is guaranteed due process, and is innocent until proven guilty. It is not up to the accused to prove innocence, it's up to the accuser to prove guilt.

 

Everyone gets due process so they have their day in court and it's not just governments word.

This defines citizens, not persons. It defines citizens as natural born or naturalized persons, so a subset of persons.

Red tag the truck since there's no licensed driver. Give the driver due process.

 

Federally, for non commercial personal use anyone with a regular license can drive a commercial vehicle, such as a semi. Feds can only require it for actual commercial use. Some states still require a commercial license but federally it's not required for personal use.
