How does ICE know about them? They have been charged already. Logical thinking. If they stop them at a weigh station and a truck driver cannot show a license, then they shouldn't be driving, how do you even know that they are trained to drive such heavy loads? They don't have to show ID technically as normal citizens, but commercial driving is actually what driving defines if you read the DMV laws not passenger cars.
