Gold age is disputed as to timing I believe that the Roman Golden age was around 480 or so then the Roman golden age was well from about 100 Bc to like 180 ad so on
This idea is a gold age may reflect some sky things in the sky so on… it is said by Nostradamus next thing is around 2180 or so. So we got some time lol
This is a thing actually it will be ok I think people make things out to be worse then they really are often is the thing.
In my mind this all could have gone alot worse for things. Maybe not for me personally but in general so to speak ok.
