Sorry dude, still too many old gags here who know how notables came about. Bakers have always been completely autonomous for notables. We haven’t changed the process for nomming and seconding either except we usually let it entirely up to bakers now to glean the noteworthy since it’s their call anyway. Always has been. Always.
The only thing that MIGHT be of note is someone called spreadsheet anon who in early days from day one, took notables into a google docs spreadsheet for archiving. No one could edit, and he didn’t ’run’ them, just archived them.
