Black is not an ethic background it is a description of a term to define skin color as a discrimination factor.
Mid eastern is not also a ethic background you have Hebrew, Persian, Kurdish, Arabic and a few others.
So your talking about a geographical area and the other is a term that is kind more a description of someone’s completion. There at lest 5 ethic groups they may fall in to black category.
