Some Qdrop picture names have weird names assigned (Q1748= 3B0DD045-E9CB-4957-8832-C8004A05E1D2.jpeg) which makes me think that they should be matching up to something at some point: a case file number, an inmate number, a specific law….something!

Why does any "business" that sells items for a fee, get a Tax exempt status? This should be reserved for businesses that give away free product to people- like food pantrys.

Like Goodwill. Every item is donated, they sell for profit and the CEO takes millions in income every year.

It doesn't make sense.
