Nope, not even by your own reading of the constitution does it guarantee due process, only due process if it will deprive them of liberty or property

>>22999841 pb

so you can get escorted out of a baseball game without a judge, but temporarily being detained to be escorted out of the country requires a judge to be involved? I don't think so. by your definition both are depriving you of liberty

Plus, law enforcement is allowed to detain suspect for 24 hours without charge, if they happen to escort you out of the country in that time period, your liberty was not violated according to our current system

I see nothing in the constitution about deportation being imprisonment or deprivation of liberty. They are released into their home country or any country that will take them. They are free to do as they please or their government lets them once out of our country.

what you posted is not in the constitution, it is opinion

don't arrest, detain get them out of the country in 24 hours

so yes I do not believe someone who broke in my house has the right to a judicial hearing before i remove them.

You are the one the one who keeps going on about the constitution, it does not say what you are saying, your interpretation says that. Supreme court decisions change.

if you are actually a US citizen and get deported, you will be able to re enter and sue the government for releasing you in the wrong place. seems reasonable to me.

Not saying illegal aliens are guilty of anything, just helping them get back home.

why do you think breaking into the country gives you the right to a trial? due process is for you to be escorted out, then sue if you think you have the right to be here, but not from inside the country if you can not prove your citizenship.

Money is just a deterrent.

>The constitution and the court both say they are guaranteed due process.

the constitution says due process if liberty is going to removed. Liberty is not bein removed.

court opinions change, at one time the court said slavery was legal, not so much any more

I don't think it is ok, I think it would rarely happen and if it were to happen there is a remedy, just like everything else we do with the law. 99.9% do not have a case to be here, and even if they do get the due process you are so worried about, in reality it has always been a rubber stamp of: show us your papers, oh you can't, your gone. plus, now they have a criminal record and will not be allowed back in legally, seems that would be more concerning to you than if some judge rubber stamped their removal or not.

I would rather take that chance than the chance that 30Million illegals are going to integrate into the fabric of society and there will be no chance of extricating them which is the most likely outcome from your proposed solution. You wanted jury trials with jurors who are illegal aliens the other day if I am not mistaken (now that you could argue is in the constitution).

Sure I do, just not the way you say you do. Life is full of injustices, one of which is illegals coming into the this country and using our laws to shield themselves form meaningful justice or have my tax dollars spent on hundreds of thousands of layers and judges to get the law breakers out of our country. Justice delayed is justice denied. Yea that is not in the constitution, but your kvetching about due process for the perceived denial of liberty while an illegal is sent out of our country does not sway me. Most Americans will spend about 1/3 of their lives working shitty jobs to pay for this government. And having been born into this system, they have very little real choice in that matter. Where is the Liberty in that? But yea, the supreme court said that is ok.

When you have to resort to insults you know you have lost.

What happened to the Constitution, now you are quoting Jesus and some nonsense about promising a better life (by who?).

Separation of church and state is also in the constitution, just like a jury trial is.
